Saint Mary's Training Program

Quickness, Speed, Strength Are Developed In the Off-Season

The Saint Mary’s Training Program is a three day per week, six week off-season training program.  It is designed with two days per week consisting of plyometrics/quick-foot and agility drills and strength training.  One day per week of on-ice skill development.  For more information about the Saint Mary’s Training Program, please call Bill Moore at (651) 442-7306.
