Saint Mary’s Hockey Camp ("We") created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our commitment to privacy to our customers and users of our website and services ("Services").

We may request and collect personal information from our visitors and customers. The information that we collect includes, but is not limited to: first and last name of participants and parents, postal address, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, credit card information, birthdate,  and IP information.

We may also store information in the form of cookies or sessions. An Internet cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. We use cookies and sessions in order to improve your browsing experience.

 

Credit Card Information
On certain forms we may require credit card information in order for you to pay the services you requested. This information will be processed through our merchant and your credit will be charged accordingly. This information is also stored on our database for an undefined period of time. This will allow us to review your order and charge your credit card manually in case the first time it has failed. For details about refund, please read our refund policy.

 

Your Email Address
We will not use your email address for a reason other than communicating you about information related to our services. Your email address will never be shared with a 3rd party outside of Saint Mary's University of MN.
